Braised Short Ribs
Tender braised beef short ribs, rosemary jus, roasted carrots, and buttermilk mashed potatoes
Herb Crusted Chicken Breast
Thyme, rosemary, paprika, roasted carrots, and oven-roasted red potatoes.
Vegetarian Lasagna
Ricotta cheese, mozzarella, carrots, celery, onions, mushrooms, house marinara sauce and oven-roasted seasonal vegetables.
All dinners are served with Field Greens Salad and freshly baked bread
